set LIBVERSION=0:0:0
I wrote '1:0:0', but we should start with '0:0:0', according to
https://www.gnu.org/software/libtool/manual/html_node/Updating-version-info.html
Since the packaging for this repository is not functional yet, i.e. it
was never packaged by anyone anywhere, i assume it is safe to go back
from '1:0:0' to '0:0:0'.
