Subject: [media] gspca: Add jl2005bcd sub driver

With minor changes by Hans de Goede:
-Code style fixes
-Correct the verbose level on various PDEBUG messages
-Make error messages use pr_err instead of PDEBUG
-Document the jl20 pixel format
