Al Viro ae903caae2 Bury the conditionals from kernel_thread/kernel_execve series
All architectures have
	CONFIG_GENERIC_KERNEL_THREAD
	CONFIG_GENERIC_KERNEL_EXECVE
	__ARCH_WANT_SYS_EXECVE
None of them have __ARCH_WANT_KERNEL_EXECVE and there are only two callers
of kernel_execve() (which is a trivial wrapper for do_execve() now) left.
Kill the conditionals and make both callers use do_execve().

Will Deacon c1d7e01d78 ipc: use Kconfig options for __ARCH_WANT_[COMPAT_]IPC_PARSE_VERSION
Rather than #define the options manually in the architecture code, add
Kconfig options for them and select them there instead. This also allows
us to select the compat IPC version parsing automatically for platforms
using the old compat IPC interface.

Al Viro 9ef461adf9 sh: switch to saved_sigmask-based sigsuspend()/rt_sigsuspend()
Complete the move of sh64 to it, trim the crap from prototypes,
tidy up a bit. Infrastructure in do_signal() had already been
there, in signal_64 as well as in signal_32 (where it was already
used).

Paul Mundt 8bf6e1bcf4 sh: Consolidate duplicate _32/_64 unistd definitions.
This does some more tidying and converging of the header split, following
the x86 example.

Paul Mundt f15cbe6f1a sh: migrate to arch/sh/include/
This follows the sparc changes a439fe51a1.

Most of the moving about was done with Sam's directions at:

http://marc.info/?l=linux-sh&m=121724823706062&w=2

with subsequent hacking and fixups entirely my fault.
