staging: et131x: Rename var name 'etdev' to 'adapter' throughout module
Used regex (from vim) :%s/\<etdev\>/adapter/g Changed because: * 'etdev' is easily confused as a misspelling of 'netdev' * 'adapter' is more widely used for this struct type in net drivers.
